We’re a carbon & climate disclosure consultancy

Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA)
I provide independent verification and strategic advisory services for airports participating in the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) programme, supporting all levels from Mapping through to Transition and Net Zero. This includes formal verification as a Level 5 approved verifier, alongside technical support such as emissions inventory preparation, data quality assessments, boundary setting, and modelling of future emissions scenarios. I assist airports in demonstrating alignment with ACA criteria, including stakeholder engagement, decarbonisation strategy development, and offsetting obligations where relevant. With over a decade of direct experience and a client base spanning more than 25 airports across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific, this is a technically focused offering designed to provide both rigour and clarity. Whether maintaining an existing certification or progressing to a higher level, I help ensure your submission meets international best practice and withstands scrutiny.
ESG and Climate Governance Advisory
This service is designed for executive teams and boards navigating the integration of ESG and climate issues into decision-making, oversight, and strategic planning. I work with directors and senior management to clarify their governance responsibilities, understand their organisation’s exposure to ESG-related risks and opportunities, and embed sustainability within core business processes. The focus is on practical, tailored advice — helping organisations align with evolving standards such as IFRS S2 and the TCFD framework, while also addressing broader risk management obligations. Whether reviewing ESG reporting lines, supporting climate risk registers, or preparing for regulatory expectations, this service provides structured guidance that links governance to operational reality.

Materiality Assessments
I conduct independent materiality assessments to support sustainability and financial reporting, aligned with global frameworks such as GRI, AASB/ISSB, and ESRS. These assessments help organisations identify which ESG topics and Scope 3 emissions sources are most relevant across their value chain, balancing both impact and financial materiality (double materiality). The approach includes structured engagement with internal and external stakeholders, development of tailored criteria for assessing significance, and alignment with disclosure standards. Outputs are suitable for use in ESG strategies, regulatory submissions, and corporate reporting, including sustainability statements and climate-related financial disclosures. The goal is to provide a defensible, practical basis for determining what matters — and why.
GHG Measurement and Verification
I provide end-to-end support for the preparation and independent verification of greenhouse gas inventories across Scope 1, 2, and 3. This includes applying appropriate methodologies under NGERS, ISO 14064-1, the GHG Protocol, and AASB/ISSB sustainability standards. I assist organisations in establishing boundaries, validating activity data and emission factors, and preparing evidence suitable for assurance, audit, or regulatory disclosure. In addition to inventory preparation, I carry out independent verification engagements under ISO 14064-3 and ASAE 3410, with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and methodological rigour. This service is well suited to organisations seeking to improve emissions data quality, strengthen internal reporting systems, or meet mandatory and voluntary reporting requirements.

ESG Reporting Assurance
I deliver independent assurance over ESG disclosures in accordance with ASAE 3000 and ASAE 3410, as well as New Zealand SAE 3100 and SAE 3410. This includes both qualitative and quantitative content, supporting compliance with frameworks such as GRI, AASB sustainability standards, ISSB S1 and S2, and the mandatory New Zealand climate-related disclosure regime. My assurance engagements are designed to provide confidence to boards, regulators, investors, and other stakeholders. Where in-house capability is limited, or where generalist assurance providers lack the required technical depth, I offer targeted support grounded in ESG subject matter expertise. The focus is always on integrity, transparency, and alignment with applicable standards — not just 'checking the box', but ensuring that what is reported stands up to scrutiny.
